 Hi, I’m Tabatha!  the owner of Pantheon Transportation, based in Buffalo, New York. After navigating every step of launching and growing my own NEMT business, I realized how many aspiring owners struggle with setup, compliance, and paperwork.


 That’s why I created Pantheon Transportation Academy, to guide you through the process with simple, written steps and personalized support. NONREFUNDABLE POLICY FOR CONSULTING & TRAINING SERVICES

 

Thank you for choosing our consulting and training services. This nonrefundable policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the payment and cancellation of our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following policy:

 

1. Payment: All fees for consulting and training services are due upon booking or as otherwise agreed upon. 

 

2. Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a consulting or training session, please provide written notice to our company at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. In the event of cancellation within this timeframe, you will be liable for the full agreed-upon fee and no refunds will be provided.

 

3. Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consulting or training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide you with prompt notice and offer alternative dates or a refund, at our discretion.

 

4. No Refunds: All payments made for consulting and training services are nonrefundable. Once payment is received, it is considered final and no refunds will be provided, regardless of any subsequent changes or circumstances.

 

5. Client's Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure their availability and readiness for scheduled consulting or training sessions. Failure to attend or participate in a scheduled session does not entitle the client to a refund or rescheduling, and the full fee remains payable.

 

By engaging with our consulting and training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this nonrefundable policy.
